Newman Living Expansion (previously The View Apartments) is connected to the original Newman Living building and is offered as a ministry of St. Paul's Newman Center.
Efficiency to 4-bedroom apartments can be rented dependent on availability for a 12-month leasing period. All apartments have in-unit laundry, a full-size kitchen, individually controlled air conditioning/heating, and access to surface and underground parking spaces (for an additional cost). Residents have access to lounges, two fully equipped fitness studios, and have 24-hour access to the main Newman Center chapel for prayer.

- Rent by the bedroom or the whole apartment
