The Development team at St. Paul’s Newman Center has an opening for an undergraduate or graduate internship in Fargo, ND. The ideal candidate will start in late May or early June 2026.
The Development Intern is a full-time, paid internship. This is an opportunity for a student to learn the art and science of development through a Catholic view of philanthropy, while expanding the mission of the Newman Center.
The ideal candidate will focus on growing our sustained/monthly giving program by building relationships with individuals who have the capacity to give anywhere from $50 - $250 a month. This will primarily happen by making phone calls to potential donors, to schedule in-person visits, share the mission, and invite them to partner in this ministry. This position requires someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, this position requires the ability to work as an effective team member who is results oriented.
