PT Formation Assistant for the Office of Youth DiscipleshipThe Diocese of Fargo is hiring a PT Formation Assistant to assist with the operations of Youth Discipleship. This position will work closely with the Director to provide retreats and youth events, support ongoing training opportunities for church workers working with youth, recruit and train Cor Christi Missionary Teams, and assist with diocesan young adult functions. 15-20 hours per week; work hours will depend on events. Experience working with parish youth and strong communication skills are a plus. Position open until filled.

Time will be split approximately half-and-half between the Church and School. Key duties include general cleaning, grounds upkeep, and simple maintenance at St. Joseph Church and Parish Center, and St. Joseph School/St. Mary Academy. Advancemant OfficerThe Advancement Officer will increase the school’s capacity for fundraising major gifts and serve as an ambassador for the St. John Paul II Catholic Schools. Successful candidate will work closely with the President and the Advancement Director and be an integral part of the Advancement Team. The position is responsible for the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major gifts and planned gift prospects, including new prospective donors. The Advancement Officer will develop and implement strategic actions for achieving specific goals as outlined in the strategic plan.
