Applications are now open for the 2026-2027 year!!
- Any student enrolled in postsecondary education (university, college, tech school, etc.) in the Fargo-Moorhead area can apply to live at Newman Living.
- Newman Living is somewhat between a dorm and a regular apartment. Students rent a private bedroom and share the kitchen, living room, and other common spaces with 2 or 3 roommates. Students can stay in their apartment year-round (including holiday breaks and over the summer).
- If you have people you would like to have as roommates, please make note of that on your application. However, each person should complete their own separate application for housing.
- Students, Alumni, & Married couples can apply to live at Newman Living Expansion or the Town Homes
- All Leases are for a 12-month period. (Newman Living, NL Expansion, & Town Homes)
- Any student enrolled in postsecondary education (university, college, tech school, etc.) in the Fargo-Moorhead area can apply to live at Newman Living.
