A limited number of rooms/apartments are still available in the Newman Living Expansion (formerly The View Apartments) and in Newman Townhomes for fall 2026. Regular rooms in the original Newman Living building are full for Fall 2026, except for the Cardinal Muench Men's Hall and Michelle Duppong Women's Hall.- Click here to find out more info on the Men's Hall and the Women's Hall
- Applications for the original Newman Living building can still be submitted to get your name added to the waitlist for a regular room or to be considered for any openings in January 2027.
- All Leases are for a 12-month period. (Newman Living, NL Expansion, & Townhomes)
- Newman Living is somewhat between a dorm and a regular apartment. Students rent a private bedroom and share the kitchen, living room, and other common spaces with roommates. Students stay in their apartment year-round (including holiday breaks and over the summer).
- If you have people you would like to have as roommates, please make note of that on your application. However, each person should complete their own separate application for housing.
