Applications

Currently all rooms are filled for Fall 2025. There are not many people on the waitlist. If you would like to be added to the waitlist, please submit an application.

A couple rooms will likely be available for January 2026. 

To be placed on the waitlist, please submit an application and your name will be added.

• Any student enrolled in postsecondary education (university, college, tech school, etc.) in the Fargo-Moorhead area can apply to live at Newman Living. 

• Leases are for a 12 month period. So, make sure that will work for your schedule before applying.

• Newman Living is somewhat between a dorm and a regular apartment. Students rent a private bedroom and share the kitchen, living room, and other common spaces with 2 or 3 roommates. Students can stay in their apartment year-round (including holiday breaks and over the summer).

• If you have people you would like to have as roommates, please make note of that on your application. However, each person should complete their own separate application for housing.

Did you have a long day and you just want to kick back and relax? Or do you have family visiting and you need a little more space to sit and make food? You're going to love the Rooftop Lounge! A fireplace, outdoor seating, a ping-pong table, as well as an indoor and outdoor cooking area!
